One of the many reasons I loved used books (and library books) is that you never know what you will find tucked away in the pages, unintentionally left by the previous owner.

Ackkk!! I don’t know!! I think it was an old yearbook though. One of my goals is to be more methodical about recording where I find things… Your question is a helpful motivator to actually start doing that!

With such a personal treasure, I wondered what she was reading. People often use receipts as book marks and leave them behind, you can see what they’re into!
